I fell in love with yoga for its healing qualities on myself and for the past ten years I have been developing a particular style of yoga teaching which targets stress and anxiety both on a physical and emotional level. Every class is designed to leave students feeling calmer, centered and more grounded through simple, accessible postures, breath work, relaxation and visualization (a way in ).
