Welcome to our harmonic sound therapy classes which will be held in Beaconsfield and Gerrard’s Cross.

The class consists of deep relaxation guided by Natasha’s gentle voice. Peter will play 7 Quartz singing bowls creating a deep zen state, followed by storytelling and peaceful flute playing. 🙏🏻

You will need a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket to keep warm, comfortable clothing and a cushion and eye pillow.

NEXT sound sessions are Thursday 21st May 8-9pm at The Crowne Plaza Gerrard’s Cross and Tuesday 2nd June 2026 7-8pm St.Teresa’s Church, Beaconsfield.
