Natasha is an amazing person and an inspiring teacher. Her breathing classes and Yin retreats have had a very positive impact in my approach to anxiety and have raised my self awareness. I really love her fairy style and her voice is very soothing. I cannot wait for the next workshops and day retreats .
I love coming to yoga. Natasha is a great teacher and makes you feel completely at ease . After a stressful day in the office or just to relax, the moment I lay down on my yoga mat , I start to unwind. There are always lovely flowers and candles lit in the centre of the room and the postures vary each week. Not only does yoga tone my body and burn calories, it also benefits my mind helping me switch off and totally relax. I always feel great after class and all the stresses of the day magically disappear. I used to like a glass of wine to relax but now I do yoga instead. I think everyone should try yoga at least three times and believe me you will be hooked. You will feel and look more youthful and radiant too!
Yoga has become an important part of my life in recent years.I first started practising Yoga to strengthen and stretch my back and shoulders, from long hours sitting at a desk.I then separately became interested in meditating, as a way of cleansing and refreshing my mind. For the last few years I’ve been practising yoga with Natasha, which combines all the traditional yoga strengthening exercises with the meditation.Natasha’s yoga classes have become so much more than just a mind and body workout. No two classes are ever the same, as Natasha takes us on her journey through Yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra, sharing her own experiences of her yoga study.
Attending Natasha’s yoga classes regularly has helped me deal with my personal problems and coping with loss. She has been very kind and supportive to me. I would highly recommend her classes.
Natasha is an excellent teacher and her classes have had such a positive impact on me. I love her holistic style of yoga, which marries perfectly the spiritual, mental and emotional sides. So many of my fellow yogis have pointed out that each of Natasha’s classes is different- I do not think we have ever done the same sequence twice. Natasha is creative. She always weaves in storytelling to her classes and lovely touches like a flower and candle arrangement in the centre of our practice space. My only complaint is that I do not think that I will ever be able to have lessons from anyone else!
